Thank you for visiting and shopping at Propel Energy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- In most cases we are able to deliver mobility products and living aids within 14 working days (many within 5 working days) and in any case goods should be received within 30 working days unless we advise you prior to reaching 30 working days that the goods will take longer.
- For all international orders the buyer is responsible for import duty and taxes into their own country
